Why no consent banner?
Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, a consent banner is only required when a site sets cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service the user requested. We do not set any such cookies. Analytics is handled by Plausible, which is cookieless by design. Authentication and bot protection cookies are exempt because they are strictly necessary. The result is a site that respects you without making you click through anything.
What we set
Essential(always on)
What we deliberately do not set
- No analytics cookies. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly EU-hosted analytics tool that counts pageviews and goals without identifying visitors. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data.
- No advertising or retargeting cookies. No Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Tag Manager, no DoubleClick, no anything.
- No fingerprinting. We do not collect canvas, font, or device-graph signals.
Third-party services on user interaction
Some pages embed external services only when you choose to use them. These services may set their own cookies once you interact with them, governed by their own policies. None of them run on initial page load.
- Calendly. When you click Book a meeting on the contact page. Loads the Calendly widget in a modal. Calendly sets its own cookies to manage the booking session. Not loaded on initial page view.
Do Not Track
We have nothing to track. The site sets no behavioural cookies regardless of your browser settings.
Storage clearing
To remove the cookies and localStorage entries listed above, sign out of the library (deletes auth cookies) and use your browser's site data controls. In Chrome: Settings, Privacy, Site settings, View permissions and data stored across sites, find incubane.com, Clear data.
