3. How you can use this site
You may:
- Read everything on the public pages.
- Download artifacts from the library and use them, internally, on your own projects, with or without attribution.
- Share links to our pages and quote from them with attribution. We appreciate it when you tell us, but you do not have to.
You may not:
- Republish library artifacts as your own work, or under your firm's brand.
- Use this site to scrape or harvest personal data of any kind.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Use any AI tool to extract our materials at scale for training without our written permission.
If you found a security issue, please email info@incubane.com. We acknowledge within one business day and follow a published coordinated-disclosure policy.
4. Library artifacts
The playbooks, templates, calculators, and other artifacts in the library are published under a custom licence: free for internal use by your organisation, no resale, no rebranding. You are welcome to adapt them to your context.
5. Accounts and the library
Some artifacts require a free library account. To register you must provide an accurate work email, company name, and contact details. We do not accept personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) for the library. We may suspend or remove accounts that use false information or breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Incubane B.V. or our licensors. Use beyond what these terms allow requires our written permission.
7. Third-party links and content
We link to external websites (Workday Marketplace, LinkedIn, Calendly, etc.) and embed interactive demos from providers such as Arcade. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. When you click out, you are subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that everything is correct, complete, or up to date. The materials are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you need advice for your specific situation, talk to a qualified professional or to us under a signed engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Dutch law, Incubane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our published materials. Our total liability for any direct damages relating to the site is limited to one hundred euros.
This limitation does not apply to fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your library account if you breach these terms or use the site in a way that harms us, our customers, or other users.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
