Why we built this
Workday data quality degrades quietly. A worker record with an off-by-one job profile. A position with a wrong cost centre. A retired location still tied to fifty workers. None of it breaks the system. All of it breaks the reports HR runs on Monday morning.
HR teams clean this by hand, every quarter. The big SI playbook is to run a data-quality project, pay for an ETL pipeline, and start over in a year. The third-party tools sit outside Workday and create the usual problems.
