One guided flow, two audiences.
Employees walk through skills, experience, career preferences, and mobility preferences in a single guided flow with auto-save and structured inputs (not free-text fields the talent team cannot use).
Managers get a dedicated flow for promotability, retention risk, and skill assessments per direct report. Both flows feed straight into Workday Talent Cards, so reporting just works.
02Outcome
Clean talent data at global scale.
Talent data is consistent across markets for the first time in three cycles. The HRBP community uses Talent Cards directly instead of running a parallel spreadsheet. Configurable pages mean the talent team can adapt the flow without code in the next cycle.
