Four Extend apps live, and an HRIS team that can keep building

European low-cost carrier with a 10,000+ workforce and a hard go-live window driven by the union contract renewal. The HRIS team had Extend licences but limited Extend muscle. The agreement: we lead the complex two, they lead the easier two with our coaching.

01Scope

Four Extend builds in parallel.

Four apps: Mass Termination, Mass Hire (both complex multi-step workflows touching payroll), Union Reimbursement (BP-routed claims), and Local Fields (per-country fields on the worker record).

We agreed to lead the two complex ones and coach their team to deliver the other two themselves. Pair reviews weekly, pair builds twice a week, hands off the keyboard by week six.

02Outcome

All four live. One team upskilled.

All four apps in production on schedule. By month three the client team owned the easier two builds with us as observers, and they shipped their next Extend app after we left with no support call.
